Description

Fast Charging Qc4+pd3.0 fast charging 5s 100 Watt Power Bank Circuit Module Over Temperature Protection

Product size: 72 x 27 x 6mm

Multi-interface design: There are 5 – USB口, Type-C, Lightning, MicroUSB, Type-A1, Type-A2

Product parameters:

  • Battery type: Lithium polymer battery

  • Maximum output power: 100 watt
  • The default is digital tube power display

  • The motherboard has 5 by default  USB口, Type-C, Lightning, MicroUSB, Type-A1,Type-A2

  • Additionally, the DC port can only charge, not discharge, and requires an input of 5-12V.

  • Lightning supports PD2.0 fast charging input.

  • Type-C supports AFC/FCP/SCP/VOOC/PD3.0/PD2.0 fast charging input.

  • Supports PPS/PD3.0/PD2.0/AFC/FCP/QC3+/QC3.0/QC2.0/SCP fast charging output

  • Type-A1/Type-A2 supports Apple/AFC/FCP/VOOC/QC3+/QC3.0/QC2.0/SCP

  • Fast charging output: MicroUSB supports AFC/FCP/SCP fast charging input. Type-C supports bidirectional fast charging (input/output). Input supports 5V/9V/12V/15V/20V voltage.

  • PPS output supports 3.3V-21V/3A.

  • PD3.0/PD2.0 output supports 5V3A/9V3A/12V3A/15V3A/20V5A.

  • QC2.0 output supports 5V3A/9V3A/12V3A.

  • QC3.0 supports 5V-12V output voltage, 200mV/Step.

  • AFC output supports 5V3A/9V2A/12V2A.

  • Input supports 5V/9V/12V voltage.

  • FCP output supports 5V3A/9V2A/12V1.5A.

  • Input supports 5V/9V/12V voltage.

  • SCP output supports 5V4.5A, 10V2.2A.

  • Input supports 5.5V3A. VOOC output supports 5V@4A.

Supports simultaneous discharge from Type-A1/Type-A2/Type-C ports. Maximum 5V@3A; for fast charging, please use only one port at a time.

Note:

  • The cable connecting the external battery to the motherboard must be able to handle 10A of current. Use copper wire of at least 1 square millimeter (1.5 square millimeters) for general applications. It doesn’t need to be too thick, but it also shouldn’t be too thin, as this poses a safety hazard (due to the high current draw at the battery end). 16AWG cable is recommended.
  • The motherboard has a built-in protection chip that only supports 2-5 series batteries. For 6-series lithium iron phosphate batteries, a dedicated protection board is required. This board must have an overcurrent protection current greater than 15A; otherwise, it will not function properly and may damage the motherboard chip.

  • Due to the high current draw at the battery terminals, the batteries must be soldered with thick wire for testing. Alligator clips cannot be used to hold the pads during charging and discharging tests. If this is insisted upon, we will refuse after-sales service.

  • Battery selection: 18650, polymer, and ternary lithium batteries of 4.15V/4.2V/4.35V/4.4V are acceptable, regardless of size. The capacity of a single battery string should not exceed 25000mAh; exceeding this will cause inaccurate battery display. 3.65V lithium iron phosphate batteries are supported, but disposable dry cell batteries, NiMH, NiCd, and lead-acid batteries are not supported. The minimum number of batteries in a string is 2, and the maximum is 6, with a total voltage not exceeding 23V. Each battery string must have a minimum charge/discharge current of 10A; if this is insufficient, please reduce the power output.

  • The motherboard must have the battery capacity preset. Please see the details below.

  • Supports OPO flash charging and HW SuperCharge. Different protocols have different power outputs. 65W and 100W refer to the PD protocol power, VOOC is 20W, and SCP is 22.5W. Please confirm your needs before purchasing. Returns are not accepted if the phone cannot fast charge. Soldered phones are not eligible for return or exchange. (Unsupported phones use proprietary protocols that are not publicly available and cannot be used by third parties.)

  • The batteries connected to this motherboard must meet certain requirements and must be connected in series. If your battery is a standard capacity, low-current single or multiple parallel batteries, please refer to other motherboard models.

  • The battery connection wires to the motherboard must be thick, and the battery must be able to withstand a current of 10A or more without overheating.
